Good base for exploring Kranevo. We loved NICE rooms and staff. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, free wifi was provided.

We had a great stay at Therma Palace - Mineral Pool & Spa. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even waiting for us with food when we arrived late at night. the breakfast was delicious and the cook was skilled. the spa facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a relaxing massage. the lunch and dinner dishes were well-prepared, and we especially enjoyed the pools. the hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. the surrounding forest and park with statues created a lovely autumn atmosphere. the highlight of our stay was the sound of the turmoiled sea, which echoed loudly due to the cliffs of the bay. We also enjoyed the entertainment of frogs singing their songs in the nearby river. Cons: Everything was great! 👌.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with complementary mineral water bottles every day. The hotel had a beautiful and well-maintained garden where we could relax, sunbathe and enjoy the natural scenery. Located in close proximity to the stunning beach and an array of restaurants, made this hotel a perfect destination for our family vacation.

The staff could be a bit more welcoming and fluent in English. There was also a slight problem with the shuttle bus service, which was expected as part of the all-inclusive package, but we had to wait for a long time for the bus or walk to the beach.

The hotel is located right by the beach, which offers great views of the sea. the rooms are spacious and kept clean, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. the breakfast offers a varied selection, including freshly cooked dishes, and there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a jacuzzi and heated areas for extra relaxation.

The service at the beach could use some improvement, as there are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas and the staff in charge seem unengaged and not very helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden and both indoor and outdoor pools complete with Jacuzzis. The location was peaceful and just a short walk from the beach, with transportation available every hour. I particularly loved the inclusive beach amenities, such as free sunbeds and access to a beach bar and pizzeria. The food at the hotel was a delightful surprise, with freshly made dishes and pleasant surprises. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!

We had a romantic getaway and loved the beautiful sea view and the excellent espresso machine provided in the lobby. the location was great, easy to access and within walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the diversity and the good taste of the culinary dishes served, and the kind staff in the restaurant and spa.

The cleanliness of the room wasn't great and the bathroom was missing a toothbrush cup. the mineral pools needed cleaning and there were some cobwebs in the room.

the upgrade to a one bedroom apartment was a pleasant surprise, making our budget stay at this resort even better. The spacious rooms and comfortable bed were just what we needed, and the beautiful view of the Baltata Natural reserve and the sea added to the charm of our stay at this hotel.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed. The multiple swimming pools, both indoors and outdoors, were a highlight, especially for the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service fell short with a minor issue regarding the staff's lack of communication. But, despite that, I still enjoyed the massage and foot massage given in the private facilities.
